Securely package your item and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at bel@belleriveco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
